NO PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid by October 30, 2020 by bank check, money order or attorney IOLTA check. There will also be a 5% Buyer's Premium added to the winning bid price of each offering.
