In order to qualify as a bidder and bid, one must be present with a bank check in the amount of $5,000. Your deposit must be in the form of a bank check made payable to the “TOWN OF AGAWAM”. NO PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid by DECEMBER 17, 2020 by bank check, money order or attorney IOLTA check. There will also be an 8% Buyer's Premium added to the winning bid price. Properties will be sold "as is".
