The Premises will be sold to the highest bidder, subject to all senior liens, levies, attachments, mortgages and other encumbrances. A deposit of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in the form of a certified check or bank treasurers check will be required to be delivered at or before the time the Constable’s public auction commences. The description of the Premises contained herein shall control. The Judgment creditor, Boston Investment Property #39/45 Newbury LP, reserves the right to credit bid its interest in said Judgement at the public auction. Other Terms of Sale will be announced at the public auction.
