The Town reserves the right of entry and an easement to tear down the structure on the parcel and charge the winning bidder and/or subsequent and new owners of record, jointly and severally, all costs to do so in the event this restriction is not complied with.

Balance due by Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 12:00 noon or sooner by certified check, bank check or attorney IOLTA check. Successful buyer(s) will be required to pay a buyer’s premium: seven and a half percent (7.5%) or $3,500, whichever is higher. Buyer shall also pay pro forma taxes as required by M.G.L. c. 44, §63A, all recording fees, and special assessment of $350 for closing costs and legal fees on or before Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 12:00 noon.
