Terms of Sale

In order to qualify and bid at the auction, one must be present with a bank check in the amount of $50,000. Your deposit must be in the form of a bank check made payable to the “TOWN OF RANDOLPH ”. NO PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In addition to the required deposit at the auction, an additional deposit increasing the total deposit to 10% of the purchase price is due within 5 business days of the auction (January 29, 2021). The remainder of the purchase price must be paid by February 21, 2020 by bank check, money order or attorney IOLTA check. A 3% Buyer's Premium will be added to the sales price.
