An initial deposit of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall be required to be made payable to the undersigned by certified check or by bank cashier’s check at the time and place of sale. A second deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price shall be required to be made payable to the undersigned by certified check or by bank cashier’s check on or before the first business day that falls seven (7) calendar days following the date of sale. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid to the undersigned in cash, by certified check, or by bank cashier’s check on or before the first business day that falls forty-five (45) calendar days following the date of sale. In the event of an error in this publication, the description of the Premises contained in the Mortgage shall control. Other terms, if any, to be announced at the sale.
