The BUYER shall receive approval from the Town, which said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, of any renovation or reconstruction proposals for the residential structure on the Premises prior to obtaining any building permit. The BUYER shall be required to keep the historical architectural element on the structure including the coribels and the 2 over 2 window style.
