If you wish to bid on Main Road or North Road, you must be present with a bank check in the amount of $2,500. *** YOU WILL NEED A SEPARATE DEPOSIT CHECK FOR EACH PARCEL YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE. *** Your deposit must be in the form of a bank check made payable to the “TOWN OF CHESTERFIELD”. NO PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid by DECEMBER 14, 2020 by bank check, money order or attorney IOLTA check.
