Terms of Sale

The successful bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit BY BANK TREASURER'S CHECK in the amount of either $50,000 for Offering #1 (31.8+ Acres) and $1,000 for Offering #4 at the auction and an additional non-refundable deposit in the form of a bank treasurer's check in the amount required to bring the total deposit to 10% of the sale price due on or before the 5th business day following the auction. No deposit required for Offerings #2-4, but buyer will be required to close in 30 days of auction, or sale will be voided. Buyer will also be required to pay a buyer's premium in the amount of 4% of the sale price. Please check back for additional information.
