The successful bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit BY BANK TREASURER'S CHECK in the amount of $25,000.00 at the auction and an additional non-refundable deposit in the form of a bank treasurer's check in the amount required to bring the total deposit to 10% of the sale price due on or before 1:00 P.M. on November 1, 2024. Buyer will also be required to pay a buyer's premium in the amount of 3.5% of the sale price to cover auction & legal fees, the pro form a real estate tax for the remainder of fiscal year 2025, and a deed recording fee in the amount of $155.00. The balance of the purchase price and all fees must be paid on or before November 25, 2024. The property is being sold "As-ls". Additional terms and conditions will be announced at the auction.
