AUCTION TO BE HELD AT STANTON HALL (26 Russell Rd - Huntington, MA)
In order to qualify as a bidder and bid at auction one must be present with a deposit check of $5,000 for the property at 152 Norwich Lake and $1,000 for the parcels at 19 Old Chester Road and 8 Stanton Avenue. The deposit must be in the form of certified check, money order or bank check or attorney IOLTA check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid by July 20, 2016 or sooner by certified check, money order, bank check or attorney IOLTA check.
